The 2023 Future of Work Summit: Placemaking in AI & Data Science brought together civic leaders, workforce professionals, technology voices, and community partners for a multi-room summit hosted at the Muhammad Ali Museum in Louisville, Kentucky.

F5 Enterprises supported the event with a full multimedia production footprint, including sound and audio coordination, video production, live streaming, event photography, graphic design support, and media operations across five rooms.

This was not just a camera-and-microphone job. It was a live event ecosystem with moving parts, multiple presentation spaces, panel conversations, branded visuals, audience engagement, and real-time technical demands. Our role was to help the summit look polished, sound professional, and move smoothly from room to room.
